Unbelievable teacher, can't believe how much we got done on the first day. We know the takeaway is jacked up a little, but we had our priorities for the day, any critiques would be very welcome.

By the way, these swings mark 1 week of work with the S&T swing (a week where I talked a heck of a lot with Kosmos and worked with him in person too). I haven't worked with S&T until now because I feel I really need to understand a golf swing before I work with it. But I've been known to tinker with my own without knowing enough.

I have seen the BEFORE swing of Mrs. Rodock. It was a pretty good swing. But this is MAJOR MAJOR improvement. It's amazing that these two marginally retarded individuals could figure out how to make this look this much better.

Nice work boys!

The 7iron (new swing) sounds like it was SMOKED. Nice work!

About 20 yards longer with the 7 iron, 2 or 3 windows higher, and starting to control the clubface much better and getting my starting line better than ever. Right now 70% of the time it works every time.

Still some cleaning up to do but here are some clips from today. Consistency jumped a good amount today. Started hitting a lot of very slight push draws. Sure beats the big push fade I was hitting the day before we started working together.

Pretty good. Watch your right knee in the backswing. Needs to straighten more and remain there. Don't let it collapse on the downswing.

Mike . . . What's the collapse cause and what does keeping it straight do?
