Level Hips |
|
Hi guys..
What causes the hips to go back to "leveled" in the downstroke? I somehow manage to go from a nice slanted position at P4 to an ugly leveled position at P6&P7.... cant find a way to get my left hip to be higher than the right at those positions...
Lack of Pelvis thrust ? wrong foot work? Right heel coming off instead of rolling-in?
Thanks..

sounds to me like you just aren't getting your hips forward enough and not releasing your tailbone. I have a tendency to get the same look at times. I just have to work harder on my hip action when I see pictures like that.
